PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
By registering for classes, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Participation in dance classes involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By attending classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the instructor from any liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of classes.
HEALTH & PHYSICAL CONDITION
Each student is responsible for their own physical condition and readiness to participate. Please inform the instructor in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation.
PAYMENT POLICY
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Bookings of 2–3 lessons require full payment (100%) in advance.
- Multi-class packages must be paid in full before the first lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
- All payments are non-refundable once confirmed and the time slot is reserved.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and the class will be considered used.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability in the instructor’s schedule.
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
Photos and videos may be taken during classes for use on social media and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the instructor in writing prior to your class.
WEDDING DANCE PACKAGES
Due to limited availability, all wedding dance choreography packages require full prepayment and are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is available subject to the instructor’s availability.
